Our fitness instructor will offer fitness activities over the course of your stay.

 

 

Depending on your instructor, your mornings will begin with a countryside jog or yoga workout and your evenings will end with a pool sports session.

7pm - 8pm: pool basketball session

9am - 10am: countryside jog or yoga session
7pm - 8pm: pool aerobics session

 

Wednesdays

9am - 10am: countryside jog or yoga session
7pm - 8pm: pool volleyball session

 

Thursdays 

9am - 10am: countryside jog or yoga session
7pm - 8pm: pool athletics session

 

Fridays

9am - 10am: countryside jog or yoga session
7pm - 8pm: pool volleyball session

 

Saturdays

9am - 10am: countryside jog or yoga session
7pm - 8pm: pool aerobics session

 

Sundays

9am - 10am: countryside jog or yoga session
7pm - 8pm: pool basketball session
