Our fitness instructor will offer fitness activities over the course of your stay.

 

 

Depending on your instructor, your mornings will begin with a countryside jog or yoga workout, followed by a pool sports session in the afternoon, ending with an ambient meditation session in the evening.

7pm - 8pm: meditation session
