Breakfast: 10am - 11am (breakfast on the morning of departure is 7.30am - 8.30am)
Lunch: 2pm - 3pm
Supper mains: 8pm - 9pm
Supper dessert: 9.15pm - 10pm 


Continental Breakfast

Assortment: beverages (including juices, coffee+hot chocolate+tea), bread and toast selection (brown and white), cereal selection (cheerios, corn flakes, granola), eggs (scrambled, sunny side up), fruit selection (apples, bananas, oranges, pears), baked beans, grilled tomatoes, hash browns, sausages.


Mondays (English Theme)

- Continental breakfast: assortment
- Lunch: fish, chips and mushy peas with sliced lemon
- Supper mains: salmon+vegetable potato bake and quiche with salad
- Supper dessert: apple+berry crumble with cream or sorbet

 

Tuesdays (Indian Theme)

- Continental breakfast: assortment 
Lunch: selection of meat or vegetable samosas, dhaal and chapati with sag aloo
- Supper mains: chicken masala, onion bhajis, pea pilau and naan with salad raita
- Supper dessert: kulfa ice cream with mango and tullie

 

Wednesdays (Italian Theme)

- Continental breakfast: assortment 
Lunch: chicken parmigiana and angel-hair pasta with pizza 
- Supper mains: beef lasagne and garlic bread with salad
- Supper dessert: panna cotta topped with berries


Thursdays (Moroccan Theme)

Lunch: cheese+spinich briouats and msemen bread with harira soup
- Supper mains: couscous and lamb tagine stew with salad
- Supper dessert: chebakia sweets with dates
